I'm a wife, mom, health and performance coach, business owner, and former competitive powerlifter who believes that transformation is possible at any stage of life. My journey from feeling broken to becoming stronger than ever fuels my passion for helping others reclaim their health, confidence, and athletic potential.
My Story
My path to coaching began with struggle. After tearing my ACL in eighth grade, I spent years as a multi-sport athlete in high school—running track and cross country, playing basketball—before continuing to run throughout my early adulthood. But after having my second child, I felt weak and disconnected from the strong, capable person I once knew.
That breaking point became my breakthrough. I discovered strength training and fell deeply in love with the process of rebuilding myself. What started as a personal journey of recovery evolved into an obsession with learning everything I could about human movement, performance, and wellness.
Why I Do This Work
My diverse background gives me unique insight into the challenges that people of all ages face on their health and performance journeys. As a former corporate professional, I understand the impossible balance of work demands, family obligations, and personal health. As a former young athlete who dealt with injury and setbacks, I know the frustration of wanting to return to peak performance. As someone who felt broken after major life changes, I understand the journey back to feeling strong and capable.
These varied experiences, combined with years of learning from top clinicians and pursuing extensive education, have shaped me into the coach I am today. Whether I'm working with teens navigating their first serious training program or adults rediscovering their strength, I don't just teach from textbooks—I teach from lived experience, struggle, and triumph.
